Job Description
3. Manage and oversee property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
4. Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to the required standard.
6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with development projects.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the property sector.
8. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
9. Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
10. Support the organisation's wider objectives by contributing to strategic development plans.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Development Manager should have:
