SEN Class Teacher (with Potential Middle Leadership Responsibility for PSD)\nHillingdon, West London\n£50,000 to £60,000 (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)\nStart date: SEPT 2025. Permanent position.\n\nAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced teacher to join a specialist school in Hillingdon from September 2025. We are seeking a passionate and resilient professional to take on the role of Class Teacher, with the potential for an additional middle leadership responsibility for Personal and Social Development (PSD) across the school.\n\nThe Role:\n\nDeliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils with special educational needs (SEN)\n\nTake responsibility for a class group, fostering a supportive and structured learning environment\n\n(If applicable) Lead on PSD across the school, promoting the personal growth, independence, and well-being of all pupils\n\nWork collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes for students\n\nThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:\n\nSubstantial experience working within a special educational needs (SEN) setting\n\nA proven track record of delivering inclusive and differentiated learning\n\nA deep understanding of strategies to support children with complex needs\n\nStrong communication and leadership skills\n\nThe drive and passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people\n\nAbout us\n\nWe are a market-leading education supply agency committed to the development of young people.
