We're a busy 4-star hotel in the heart of Manchester, just minutes from Piccadilly Station, and we're looking for a Night Reception Supervisor to lead our night operations and support both guests and the wider hotel team.
What You'll Do Guest Services & Leadership
* Lead the night reception team to deliver excellent guest service
* Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries
* Handle guest issues or escalations in a calm and professional manner
Night Operations & Security
* Oversee hotel safety and security throughout the night
* Conduct regular walkthroughs and ensure all areas are secure
* Act as the key point of contact for any incidents or emergencies
Night Audit & Administration
* Complete and review night audit procedures accurately
* Ensure all financial and operational reports are completed on time
* Maintain accurate guest records and ensure smooth system close-down
Handover & Communication
* Provide clear and detailed handovers to the day management team
* Ensure all relevant updates, issues, and actions are communicated effectivelySupport continuous improvement of night processes and standards
