We are looking for an ambitious and results driven sales operations executive who wants to join a company that will enable you to continually grow and develop. The role will support all business development efforts for the district and you'll collaborate with the sales team, offering multifunction support across marketing, sales enablement & analysis & reporting. Key Responsibilities: Support and attend weekly district sales meetings Manage and distribute sales leads Organise Sales training sessions for your district Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales team Utilise strong communication skills to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders. Equip the sales team with messaging and content to engage with their targeted accounts. Experience: Experience within sales enablement, operations, marketing or project management. Strong communication and deadline management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating with diverse teams and job functions. Fluent in English - written and verbal The role is based in our office in Castle Donington and is office based with some flexibility for remote working.
