We're now looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team.
In this client-facing, delivery-driven role, you'll partner with leading brands and agencies to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from strategic sourcing and pipeline management to successful candidate placement. You'll work at pace across multiple roles (permanent, freelance, and contract), delivering high-quality results with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all marketing disciplines, delivering high-quality shortlists and proactive candidate pipelines.
· 70% External Recruitment | 30% Internal Focus
· Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing expert market insights, salary benchmarking, and sourcing advice.
· Source and engage top marketing, creative, media, and data talent using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networks while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
· Drive diversity and inclusion across all recruitment activities, maintaining strong talent pipelines for high-demand skills.
· Contribute to strategic talent attraction initiatives, job advertisements, and innovative sourcing campaigns to support long-term client
Essential Skills & Experience
· Proven experience recruiting across marketing, media, creative, digital, production, and data roles, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
· Strong knowledge of the marketing ecosystem, with success placing both permanent and freelance/contract talent.
· Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/CRM systems, and social platforms to deliver data-driven sourcing strategies.
· Excellent relationship management, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
· Commercially minded, passionate about DE&I, and committed to providing exceptional experiences for clients and candidates alike.
