Overview
Trusts Administrator - Manchester city centre. Our client, a national law firm, is looking for a Trust Administrator to join their Private Client team based in central Manchester.
This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and trustees on matters including estate planning, trust administration, and tax matters. You will have the chance to develop professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment with long-term career potential.
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day administration of trusts, preparing accounts and HMRC returns, liaising with beneficiaries, banks and investment managers, and supporting the wider team with ongoing client matters.
This is a varied and hands-on role with scope to grow your knowledge and experience.
The Candidate
* Experience in trust work, finance, or basic accounts (though this isn’t essential)
* Strong numeracy skills and confidence working with Excel
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach
* A genuine interest in private client work and trust administration
* A STEP qualification or interest in working towards one (desirable but not essential)
