This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire area, where youll work closely with a senior service manager to ensure smooth operations and outstanding client engagement. What youll be doing * Monitoring and measuring service delivery against performance indicators to demonstrate achievements against contract and SLA expectations. * Delivering services within agreed scope, timescales, financial and quality measures. * Supporting continuous service improvement and evolution through proactive engagement. * Ensuring effective client engagement and timely reporting of critical issues. * Identifying and helping lead service risks. * Championing delivery methodologies and tools.
