We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. As the first point of contact for IT assistance, you will provide exceptional support to our employees, both remotely and in-person.
About the Role
The Service Desk Analyst role is a vital part of our IT infrastructure, requiring excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work on a shift basis, rotating between morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.
Essential Skills and Experience
* 1+ years' experience in IT support, preferably within professional services;
* Microsoft Office 365 expertise;
* Active Directory,
* Intune,
* Mimecast, and VPN knowledge.
