Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Team Member at our vibrant establishment in Southampton, United Kingdom. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
1. Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
3. Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
5. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
7. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
8. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
9. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues
10. Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers
11. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
12. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
13. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
14. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
15. Basic food handling and safety knowledge
16. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
17. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
18. Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
19. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
20. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences
21. Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
22. Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
23. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
24. Attention to detail in food presentation and service
25. Must have legal right to work in the United Kingdom
