Offer description

Our international banking client are seeking to appoint a General Administrator, to work in their Operations Department, it would be a rotational position, focusing on cross training across our client's Operations Department.

Your responsibilities will include processing of the Bank's activities with regards to settlement of trades and free transfers within the Custody / Settlements team, processing and monitoring instructions to settle trades and free transfers, ensuring that the quality of service to clients is paramount in the department's client relationship activities.

Your qualifications and skills include a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, personal organisation, organisation and time management skills, basic IT user skills and knowledge of Excel, with a willingness to learn from attending courses both internal and external.

You will potentially undertake studying towards a professional qualification, such as Securities Institute qualifications as appropriate in future.
