We are partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing telecoms organisations as they look to appoint a commercially driven UK Managing Director to lead and scale their entire consumer sales operation during a pivotal period of expansion.
The business already operates a thriving call centre and unified communications division of approximately 70 people, currently generating £15m revenue and £3m profit. With significant investment now being deployed into customer acquisition and operational scale, the company is entering its next major phase of growth.
Following a complete redefinition of their PPC and digital acquisition strategy, the business has rapidly scaled from zero to 400 warm inbound leads per month on a current marketing spend of £75,000 per month. Over the next 12–18 months, the ambition is to increase marketing investment to approximately £500,000 per month and scale lead generation tenfold to around 4,000 warm leads monthly.
As UK Managing Director, you will assume full operational responsibility for all UK-based consumer operations, including:
* Call Centre Operations
* Marketing & Digital Marketing
* PPC Performance & Lead Generation
* Sales Leadership & Conversion Strategy
* Operational Reporting & Scaling
The role requires a proven operational leader who has previously overseen high-volume call centre or telesales environments and understands how to scale people, process, performance, and culture simultaneously. With plans to potentially triple headcount over the next 18 months, the successful individual will work closely with the CEO to help build the infrastructure, reporting capability, leadership team, and commercial strategy required to support this level of growth.
Alongside operational scaling, the business has ambitious profitability targets, with the expectation that profits will triple over the coming years. As a result, the opportunity carries meaningful equity participation, with projected upside potentially equating to a £1m+ payout.

For the right individual, the opportunity extends beyond the UKMD remit, with a genuine pathway toward a broader CEO‑style leadership role overseeing additional functions such as channel sales, distribution, and warehousing operations.
