The working day can be unpredictable, involving organizing activities in the morning and providing 1:1 support in the afternoon.

Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
* 12 months experience in a Residential setting (highly desirable but applications from newcomers are encouraged)
* Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks as per government regulations
Key Duties:
* Providing high-quality care for children
* Offering guidance, support, and structure
* Supporting access to education
* Promoting healthy lifestyles and positive choices
* Participating in clinically led training to improve skills
* Household duties, record keeping, and report writing
* Organizing days out and activities
* Attending meetings, visits, and therapy sessions
* Transporting young people to various provisions
