This job will be working for a trusted and respected company, where you will ensure industry leading service & sales to customers in your area. Responsibilities Work with the Branch Manager and External Sales Reps, to ensure all Key Accounts have regular contact to find and secure weekly sales. Process Sales Orders using in-house software, ensuring accurate information is processed. Build strong working relationships with all external customers and internal teams. Learn the product range and be able to discuss key promotions with customers. Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local construction markets activities. Follow-up all sales enquires, quotes or tenders to close sales. Always ensure excellent levels of customer service. Requirements Experience of internal sales order processing, construction sector knowledge is highly desirable, but we are open to people from other sectors also. Ideally you need some form of construction knowledge, ex-trade person, DIYer etc. Must be self-motivated, can work independently and have excellent customer service skills. Excellent telephone manner, strong IT skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn a range of construction products. Ability to build strong working relationships, which drives brand loyalty.
