At Kings Lane Medical Practice, we're a well-established, busy training practice with a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our supportive, hardworking team.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only professional and approachable but also flexible to support colleagues by covering staff holidays and sickness when needed. You'll be at the heart of our patient care, helping the practice run smoothly day to day.

What We're Offering
* Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week
(Days and final schedule to be confirmed at interview

Responsibilities
* Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
* Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations
* Answer incoming calls and handle patient queries with professionalism
* Maintain accurate patient records and update information when required
* Support patients with payment processes and administrative needs
* Process prescription requests accurately and efficiently
* Open, sort, and distribute post
* Scan and upload medical letters to patient records
* Carry out general office duties such as filing, data entry, and stock management
* Work as part of a supportive team, assisting colleagues where needed
* Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient care
* Protect patient confidentiality at all times
* Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
* Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations at all times.
