Please be advised that this is a part time position, working 7.5hrs/1 day, Monday to Sunday.
Main Purpose
To assist in the smooth running of the store through providing excellent levels of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet all customers that come into the store and assist them with their product selection.
* Deal with queries and complaints either over the phone or in store.
* Process all sales transactions quickly and efficiently.
* Assist with implementing shop merchandising.
* Assist with carrying out stock takes.
* Assist in receiving and sorting stock deliveries, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed.
* Ensure the store is clean and tidy by carrying out housekeeping duties.
