About the Role: As a General Operative working for Mears Group PLC from our Coatbridge branch you will provide support to our wider team on all refurbishments for void and tenanted properties in the North Lanarkshire area. We are looking for someone who has experience with a variety of trade knowledge, so they are able to support all teams. You will be required to pick up materials for jobs, prepare kitchens for scheduled work, strip tiles, strip flooring and remove walls. As well as anything else that is required of you. Key Criteria: Full UK Driving License Knowledge of a trade Experience in Building Maintenance UK Full driving license Customer Focused Ability to work in a fast-paced environment It would be advantageous if the successful candidate to have social housing experience All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
