A school district in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year. This contract-to-hire position offers an opportunity to work across multiple district-wide locations serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven assessments
* Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
* Provide direct consultation and training to school personnel to enhance student support strategies
* Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to guide program adjustments
* Ensure compliance with educational and legal standards pertinent to behavioral services
Qualifications:
* Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
* Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations efficiently
Work Schedule and Location:
* 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
* Immediate start with contract through October 1st, with potential for extension
* Responsibilities spread across multiple schools within the district
