Chef De Partie - Chichester
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef De Partie to work as part of the kitchen brigade, delivering amazing quality dishes using local organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses fresh from their own Estate Farm.
As Chef De Partie you can expect the following:
Based on a 40 hour contract

The Person The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:
A strong track record working as a Chef De Partie in a high quality fresh food setting
Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients
Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential
