Due to our continued success and expanding network of clinics, we have a vacancy for a Clinical Director to join our senior management team.
The Clinical Director will be part of the senior clinical team responsible for clinical compliance, governance, performance, quality, and standards. They will ensure the highest levels of patient care are delivered and that investment returns are achieved at each of the group clinics they oversee, in conjunction with the Divisional Director.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Optometrist, currently working in a senior management role within an ophthalmology or ophthalmic business, with the ability to lead and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results.
Candidates MUST be registered with GOC, IP qualified, with extensive refractive and cataract surgery experience.
Duties:
* Providing clinical direction and leadership for the division.
* Ensuring clinics, including treatment centres, provide safe, effective, caring, and responsive patient care in a high-quality clinical environment.
* Promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of all patients and colleagues.
* Possessing strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving targets.
* Meeting and exceeding all financial objectives, operational targets, and KPIs for the division.
* Having senior management experience in a healthcare environment (desirable).
* Being a proven leader with exceptional strategic planning abilities.
* Demonstrating excellent communication and people management skills.
