Summary
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at QF Living Ltd., located in Great Yarmouth area. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our properties and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of holiday lets and serviced apartments
* Ensuring properties are consistently maintained to a high standard
* Coordinating and resolving both ad-hoc and scheduled maintenance tasks (via our network of tradespeople)
* Conducting property checks and ensuring compliance
* Using property management systems and apps to manage tasks efficiently
* Implement new systems to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and workload
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple apps and systems
* Excellent communication skills and professional manner
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a car
