We’re excited to be working with a progressive construction consultancy delivering high-profile schemes nationwide, who are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across a range of sectors while developing strong client and contractor relationships.
This innovative consultancy provides high-quality project and cost management services across multiple sectors. Their projects typically range from £5M to £50M, with opportunities to support flagship developments exceeding £75M. Recent and current projects include retail fit-outs for leading high-street brands, large-scale refurbishment and fit-out schemes, hotels, student accommodation and healthcare developments, as well as industrial warehouses and private residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from design and planning through construction and handover, with support from senior team members
Assist in managing project budgets, programmes, and resources
Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants
Support compliance with HSE, quality standards, and contractual requirements
Assist with risk management, change control, and issue resolution
Coordinate project teams and consultants to ensure effective delivery
Prepare clear project reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Build and maintain positive working relationships to support client satisfaction and repeat business
About You
3-6 years’ experience managing or supporting construction or property development projects
Experience working on projects in sectors such as retail, hospitality, residential, healthcare, or industrial
Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
Good commercial awareness with exposure to budgets, contracts, and stakeholder management
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proactive and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Working towards or holding MRICS, APM, PMP, or similar accreditation is desirable but not essential
