* Salary: £35,100 + Pension, Free parking and In house Canteen
* Shift Pattern: 45 hours/week over 5 days (Days and Lates)
* Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays Role Overview A hands-on leadership role in a meat processing production department within our distribution centre. You'll oversee daily butchery operations, lead a team of skilled butchers and operatives, and support the production managers to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production lines.Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the butchery team to maintain high standards of productivity and quality
* Ensure all meat processing and cutting operations meet safety and hygiene regulations
* Manage production schedules and workflow to meet targets
* Maintain equipment and ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently
* Promote a culture of compliance, teamwork, and continuous improvement Candidate Requirements * Supervisory or management experience in a butchery or food production xohmjla environment
* Strong understanding of meat processing and food safety standards
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
