Key Account Management
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Oversee the full customer lifecycle from quoting to aftersales.
* Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and internal processes.
Team Leadership
* Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear objectives and providing coaching.
* Foster a collaborative, safety-first culture.
Client Strategy & Satisfaction
* Act as the senior point of contact for strategic clients.
* Conduct regular business reviews to enhance service and identify growth opportunities.
* Drive client retention through proactive issue resolution.
Commercial Growth
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
* Collaborate with sales and operations to develop tailored account strategies.
* Report on account performance to inform decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Provide client insights to drive product and service improvements.
Senior Account Manager
Experience & Skills Required:
* 7+ years in account management within manufacturing or engineering
* Proven leadership experience in managing teams and high-value accounts
* Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Aerospace or precision engineering background preferred
