Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
* Supporting the early years teacher in delivering educational activities
* Assisting with the supervision of young children during class and playtime
* Helping to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
* Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
* Assisting with classroom preparation and tidying up
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Experience working with young children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of early years curriculum and educational practises
* Effective communication skills with children and adults
* Ability to work well in a team
* Basic knowledge of child safeguarding procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
* Previous experience as a teaching assistant

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
