Overview
Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting our technical sales engineers and customers both in the UK and potentially across Europe. You will be an integral part in delivering sales and customer service goals working across multiple departments. As a member of the team, you will place orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. You will be responsible for the order throughout its journey from receiving the order until the point of invoice. You will be a point of contact for our customers and sales engineers so excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role is suited to someone that processes excellent IT skills in particular focused on SAP tools. In addition, this person must have customer service at the forefront of their mind.
Responsibilities
* Processing complex customer quotations, orders and correspondence
* Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Working to schedules and complete required tasks
* Investigating and resolving customer requirements and problems
* Supporting the sales team
Qualifications
* Experience in SAP tools for ERP and CRM
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proven track record in customer sales support role, to provide excellent customer service
* Professional communication skills both written and spoken
* Excellent organizational and accurate analytical skills
* Dynamic multitasker with the desire to learn
* Strong attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills
* Ability to take initiative
