Relief Shop Manager
* Hours: 30 per week (part time)
* Location: Hemel Hempstead, with travel to other Rennie Grove Peace locations
* Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide continuous cover and support throughout the Rennie Grove Peace shop network and / or to work on specific projects as required..
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
* Effectively and efficiently managing the shop and all its resources in accordance with the guidance and instruction provided by senior management.
* Maximising the sales and profitability of the shop.
* Managing and developing the team of shop volunteers.
* Providing and inspiring excellence in customer care.
* Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community
