Real Estate Solicitor, 3 Years PQE, Gloucestershire, GBP Competitive (DOE) : A new opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join this Legal 500:ranked Real Estate team in Gloucestershire JOB REF:TL3007
THE ROLE:
- You will be advising a broad and high:profile client base on commercial property transactions
- Assisting more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
- Your caseload will include Investment acquisitions and disposals, including sale and leaseback, Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management and Development site acquisitions, agreements, and onward disposals
- You will also take part in business development initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with up to 3 PQE
- Hands:on experience in landlord and tenant work
- Strong title review and negotiation skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach to work and client service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
