Key responsibilities of Business Development Executive: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries via email, phone and website. Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing activities such as webinars, events, content downloads and digital campaigns. Conduct cold outreach through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Build, nurture and maintain strong client relationships. Represent the company at both virtual and in person events to engage with delegates and enhance brand visibility. Maintain accurate and up to date records within CRM system. Strategically plan weekly lead generation activities aligned with pipeline goals using a consultative selling approach. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on lead quality, sales acceptance criteria and pipeline development. Experience as Business Development Executive required: Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English Previous experience within a Sales or Business Development role Highly motivated and target driven with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
