This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM professional to take ownership of email and SMS customer journeys, using data, insight and automation to improve customer experience and drive conversion
What You'll Be Doing.
* Own and optimise email and SMS customer journeys.
* Build and manage automated campaigns and workflows.
* Drive performance against funded loan and conversion targets.
* Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Deliver audience segmentation, testing and personalisation strategies.
* Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Compliance teams.
* Ensure all CRM activity remains customer-focused, compliant and commercially effective.
What We're Looking for.
* Proven CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation experience.
* Strong email and SMS campaign management skills.
* Experience with customer journey design and segmentation.
* A data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytical skills.
* Experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
* Commercial mindset and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
