Job Overview
We are recruiting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across multiple programmes of the Federated Centres of Excellence (CofEx). The role involves defining, planning and delivering medium to large‑size contracts and programmes while ensuring On Time, On Cost, On Quality delivery.
Salary & Working Arrangements
Salary: £50,000‑60,000 depending on experience. Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2‑3 days per week on site.
Security Clearance
British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) after offer.

Responsibilities
* Provide project management and delivery support to Heads of CofEx, Sector Leads and Work Package Managers within the BPM team.
* Drive On Time, On Cost, On Quality delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects.
* Lead projects, including cost control, schedule adherence and risk management.
* Manage bidding, tendering and estimating activities.
* Embed MBDA PM methodology and formal processes on projects.
* Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary and multi‑national teams.
Qualifications & Experience
* Project / Programme Management experience.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Experience in cost control, schedule adherence and risk management.
* Experience in bidding, tendering and estimating.
* Sound business judgement with ability to understand complex problems and develop effective solutions.
* Knowledge of MBDA PM methodology or willingness to learn and apply it.
* Motivation to work in ambiguous environments and embrace new challenges.
* Strong motivational skills and ability to support and guide others.
