Aim Recruitment is recruiting Senior Support Workers for our client based in Westcliff-on-Sea.

Job Role
- As a Senior Support Worker you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a childs life by providing care, support, and supervision.
- You will create positive relationships with the young people (children), meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
- Being a senior within a home you will give guidance and support to all support workers while providing excellent communication to the Registered Manager of the performance and needs of everyone.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- You must also have at least 2 years experiences within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
- You must also have a valid UK driving licence.
