We are looking for an established director who is ready to lead financial strategy at the highest level ? You should be a commercial Finance Director who will do more than manage numbers—you’ll influence decisions, guide growth, and transform operations across the UK business.

Your Impact Lead the UK financial strategy and align it with global objectives.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to drive sustainable growth.
Deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the UK Managing Director and leadership team.
Champion continuous improvement across Accounting, FP&A, Legal & Risk, IT, and Payroll functions.
Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
What You Bring Proven finance leadership experience in a global or matrix organisation.
Expertise in strategic planning, commercial finance, and transformation projects .
Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting and service contract revenue recognition .
Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills .
