The Role The firm is seeking a Corporate Partner to join and grow its Corporate team in London. You will advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, private equity, and other strategic transactions for SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurial ventures. You will also have the opportunity to handle cross-border transactions and complex matters for UHNW clients. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant responsibility. You will take ownership of matters, develop and strengthen client relationships, and lead and mentor associates.
