Foyle Hospice is seeking to appoint an experienced and ambitious professional to provide strategic leadership and ensure operational delivery for public relations, marketing, and internal and external communications. The goal is to enhance visibility and impact aligned with our values and Strategic Plan, and to increase revenue and growth.
Details:
* 37.5 hours per week, permanent
* Salary: Agenda for Change Band 7
The successful candidate will have:
* A third-level qualification (degree or Level 5 Diploma) in communications management or marketing-related discipline, or three years of relevant experience.
* Three years of experience leading and managing a team, demonstrating values-aligned behavior to deliver results.
* Proven impact in brand management, marketing, and communication outcomes.
* Expertise in developing innovative PR, marketing, and communication strategies to increase brand exposure.
* Experience in digital marketing, social media management, website optimization, SEO, and data analytics.
* Experience managing departmental activities within budget.
