The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a new Non-Executive Director (NED) to join our high-performing Board. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of healthcare delivery, with a focus on chairing our Charitable Funds Committee and providing strategic oversight of our award-winning charity.
We are a CQC-rated ‘Outstanding’ organization serving over 400,000 people with hospital services, specialist cancer care for three million, and extensive adult community services. As part of a newly formed group with Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals, and a key member of the Surrey Heartlands Provider Collaborative, we are committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
We are looking for a collaborative, curious, and values-driven leader who can:
* Provide independent scrutiny and insight to our Board and charity team
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of charity governance and impact
* Bring senior-level experience from the charity sector, public service, or similar complex environments
