This role sits right at the heart of the business. You’ll be supporting major clients, working across onboarding, performance insights, and optimisation – while learning along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partnering with our Customer Success Managers to deliver value and results
Supporting client onboarding and ensuring a standout first experience
Creating and delivering performance reports with real insights
Acting as the voice of the customer to help improve our product
Optimising how brands show up on our platform
Who You Are:
6–12 months' experience in a marketing, performance media, or brand agency
Naturally curious, organised, and sharp on the detail
Comfortable with marketing tools, data, or reporting (or excited to learn!)
Hungry to grow, open to feedback, and happy juggling multiple things at once
