We are currently seeking a professional to join our Product Development team in the role of: Global Head of Cash Management Solutions.
The Head of Cash Management will oversee all revenue aspects of the Treasury and Liquidity Services functions. The successful candidate will liaise with internal and external stakeholders across Client Management, Product Development, Operations, Technology, and the wider Markets and Securities Services Teams.
Your responsibilities will include managing the product roadmap aligned with the strategy set by the Global Head of Treasury & Liquidity Services, providing management information, benchmarking product quality, and ensuring smooth product delivery. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and identify cross-product opportunities within Agency Repo, securities lending, execution, and Foreign Exchange.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing a global cash management product vision and regional strategies.
2. Anticipating future trends and client needs to enhance product competitiveness and income.
3. Implementing marketing and sales plans to meet income targets.
4. Managing relationships with key business partners and overseeing P&L for cash management and treasury services.
Minimum requirements:
1. Proven experience in securities services related custodial cash management and treasury environments.
2. Postgraduate qualification in Finance (desired).
3. Experience in sales/marketing and analytical decision-making skills.
4. Technical proficiency with large data sets and regulatory liquidity approaches.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills in a global setting.
