Personal Injury / RTA Solicitor - Kent (RTA / Credit Hire Solicitor ) A well established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its expanding defendant personal injury team. The role offers the opportunity to handle a varied and interesting caseload within a supportive and commercially focused environment. This position would suit a motivated Solicitor with experience in Road Traffic Accident and or Credit Hire litigation who is looking to take the next step in their career within a firm that values quality work, collaboration and long term development. The Role You will act as a trusted advisor to a range of clients, delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice and managing matters efficiently from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of litigated and pre litigated RTA and credit hire matters Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other court documentation Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers and counsel Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedural rules Providing clear, timely and commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of a claim Representing clients robustly and professionally in legal proceedings Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team About You You will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a solid background in Personal Injury and RTA work. 2 years PQE Experience handling small, fast, intermediate and multi track matters Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a wider team A proactive, organised and detail focused approach to case management Confidence working to deadlines and under pressure The Offer Competitive salary and bonus structure A broad benefits package including wellbeing support, pension and additional incentives Hybrid and flexible working options Clear progression opportunities within a growing team A collaborative and professional working culture
