We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) to support the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our busy sortation hub in Hounslow. This is a hands-on supervisory role where strong leadership, organisation, and attention to detail are essential.
You will be responsible for supervising warehouse activity during the night operation, ensuring operational targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and people management.
What you’ll do:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing night-shift operations, supporting operational teams, and ensuring parcels move through the network accurately and on time.
Key Role Responsibilities :
* Supervising and coordinating warehouse activities across designated work areas (e.g. inbound, sortation, holdbay, dispatch).
* Managing and reconciling warehouse movements, including deliveries, returns, and holdbay activity.
* Supporting the effective handling of bulk and return volumes in collaboration with LGV and C&D fleets.
* Assisting with bulk collection planning and operational readiness.
* Ensuring compliance with transport rules, site procedures, and health & safety standards.
* Deploying labour and resources efficiently in line with workload requirements.
* Monitoring performance and ensuring key operational KPIs are achieved.
* Identifying issues, escalating risks, and supporting continuous improvement.
* Attending training and development activities as required.
This is an active, fast-paced environment, and you will be expected to lead from the front while maintaining operational control

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and confident supervising people in a warehouse or logistics environment.
* At least 1 year’s experience in a warehouse supervisory, team leader, or acting supervisor role.
* Strong understanding of resource planning and workforce deployment.
* Confident communicator, able to give clear instructions and work effectively with operational teams.
* Basic to intermediate IT skills
* Good awareness of health & safety in a warehouse environment.
