The regeneration schemes involve a mixed tenure of housing, PRS up to 1,000 units. In this role, reporting into a Development Director, you will have the opportunity to gain cradle to grave exposure across the full development cycle on housing and regeneration schemes. You will have the opportunity to work on two interesting schemes that are both up to 1,000 units managing them through the development process, feasibility, design, planning and construction.
