We are seeking a highly organised PA / Office Manager to join their growing, fun and sociable team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing direct executive support to the Founders. Working closely with senior leadership, you will coordinate operations, manage diaries and logistics, and support a range of business initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, friendly culture. Responsibilities will include: Manage an executive’s diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and client engagements Act as liaison between senior leadership and the wider team to support smooth communication and workflow Manage suppliers, procurement, and general office logistics Support operational projects, tracking progress to ensure timely delivery What We Are Looking For: Ideally experience in office management, operations, or executive support roles Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, can-do attitude Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging at senior levels High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Professional, discreet and collaborative team player
