We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Service Operations Manager with a strong background in workplace & infrastructure technologies to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of workplace & infrastructure services, ensuring efficient, reliable operations, and proactive security management.

What We're Looking For
* Experience managing, mentoring, and developing IT teams.
* Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve issues swiftly.
* Extensive experience with workplace & infrastructure technologies, compliance, and innovation.
* Leadership skills across diverse disciplines, including international teams and suppliers.
* Knowledge of data centre management, capacity planning, incident, and asset management.
* Proven expertise with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy).
* Broad understanding of servers, storage, and infrastructure applications.
* Understanding of cybersecurity threats and response strategies.
* Experience managing software contracts, e.g., Microsoft Enterprise, Oracle.
* Experience working in multicultural, international environments.
