We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Residential Support Worker to join our team supporting children and young people in a residential setting. In this role, you will help create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment while supporting young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. You will work as part of a dedicated team to promote positive outcomes, build trusting relationships, and encourage independence. Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, but a caring attitude, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding are essential.
