Job Description
We are seeking Wire & Harness Designers and Installers to work on high-profile aerospace and defence projects. You will play a key role in designing, installing, and validating complex electrical wiring systems for mission-critical platforms, ensuring every installation meets the highest standards for safety, performance, and compliance.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Create and update wire and harness designs using Catia or Siemens NX CAD tools.
* Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure accurate builds.
* Install electrical wiring and harnesses in line with engineering specifications and safety requirements.
* Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
* Verify and validate wiring installations, ensuring compliance with aerospace and defence standards.
* Support design reviews and provide technical input to improve wiring layouts and installation processes.
* Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring projects stay on track for quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
* Solid experience in wire and harness design and/or installation (more preferred).
* Proficiency with Catia or Siemens NX for wire and harness design.
* Hands-on wiring installation experience in a manufacturing or aerospace/defence environment.
* Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
* Strong understanding of aerospace wiring standards and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
