The Candidate
* England and Wales qualified solicitor.
* Corporate Solicitor 2-6 years post qualification experience with strong transactional experience
* Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to develop client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth
