Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of Frasers, delivering exceptional service and creating personalised shopping experiences that inspire customer loyalty. With a genuine passion for retail and a customer-first mindset, you’ll help shape a luxurious and welcoming store environment, while also supporting store operations when required.
Responsibilities
* Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth upon entry
* Offer assistance and first-contact solutions, e.g. directing to click-and-collect or removing tags at exit points
* Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge
* Support nearby tills or departments when required, ensuring smooth customer journeys
* Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and stock availability through replenishment and stockroom upkeep
* Participate in store events and activations, sharing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement
* Assist in loss prevention by remaining alert and compliant with store procedures
* Adhere to health & safety standards at all times
* Maintain exceptional personal presentation and brand representation
Qualifications
* Customer-focused with relevant experience in a retail or hospitality setting
* Confident communicator who can build relationships and trust with ease
* Passionate about delivering a luxury shopping experience
* Target-driven with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals
* A true team player, willing to support other areas of the store as needed
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
