Role Overview
We are looking for an Events & Marketing Executive to own and deliver Globals events programme and marketing campaigns, ensuring all activity supports measurable commercial objectives.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to take ownership from concept through to delivery with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and deliver Globals annual events programme aligned to business objectives
Manage all pre- and post-event activity including promotion, logistics, communications, lead capture and follow-up
Attend events where required to ensure successful delivery and brand representation
Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to sales and sector priorities
Create commercially focused content including case studies, articles, social media and campaign materials
Manage website updates and social media channels
Produce high-quality promotional materials (digital and print)
Maintain CRM data to support accurate lead tracking and reporting
Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting to the Head of Marketing
Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure joined-up delivery
Requirements
Experience in events, marketing or communications
Understanding ofwebsite content management and basic SEO principles
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Commercially minded and outcome-driven
Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities
