Gilmartins are well established in the social housing sector and carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance and void property refurbishment works for local authorities and housing associations. Role profile: Subcontractor Administrator The purpose of the role is to work alongside Contract and Site Managers supporting Reactive and Planned works delivery across our Contracts. We require an individual who has the ability to recruit and performance manage subcontractors in addition to managing their compliance (e.g. Public Liability, DBS certificates). Subcontractors play an important part in the success of our contracts and are used to support our team of trade operatives in delivering a 1st class service. This role is responsible for supporting the subcontractor during the onboarding process, together with performance management meetings 6 times a year.
