Are you a Criminology Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs?
A specialist alternative provision in Gloucester is seeking a motivated and resilient Criminology Graduate to support secondary-aged students who face challenges in mainstream education. This role is particularly well suited to Criminology graduates looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young people with behavioural needs and those at risk of disengaging from education.
The Role
* Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs
* Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
* Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist setting
