Role Overview:
* Location: New Malden (hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
* Package: (£35,000 - £37,000 Base - £15k Comms, Uncapped) + Strong Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Identifying and researching target organisations, markets, and key decision-makers
* Running multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
* Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
* Booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives and product specialists
* Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, tracking activity and pipeline progress
* Feeding back market insights on customer needs, competitors, and trends
* Working closely with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging and outreach
Main Skills Needed:
* 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, SDR, or lead generation (SaaS or HR tech ideal)
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and asking smart questions
* A proactive, self-starting mindset with a track record of hitting targets
* Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
* Interest in AI, SaaS, or people technology
